Education background and work experience:
From June 1991 to December 1999, he served in the Student Affairs officer of the Hengyang Teachers College, the assistant counselor, and chief of the Department of Administration;
From December 1999 to December 2002, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Hengyang Normal University and deputy director of the Student Affairs Department;
From December 2002 to July 2010, he was the director of the student Department of Hengyang Normal University and the minister of the Armed Forces Department; from January 2001 to December 2004, he studied in Central China Normal University and received a master’s degree in law;
From July 2010 to November 2010, he served as director of the Personnel Department of Hengyang Normal University.
From November 2010 to January 2016, he was appointed as the Party Committee member and vice chancellor of Hunan Institute of technology.

He won the second prize of Campus Culture Achievement of the Ministry of Education, the second and third prize of Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, and the second and third prize of Hengyang Social Science Achievement Award. He presided over the project under the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Planning Fund under the Ministry of Education, 2 projects under Hunan Social Science Research Fund, 10 projects under Education and Teaching Reform and Ideological and Political Education Research of Hunan Province. He published 2 monographs and published more than 40 academic papers, of which 7 were reproduced or catalogued by Renmin University of China.
