Education background and work experience:

In 1990, she graduated from the computer application major of Changsha University. In 1995, she graduated from the Chinese major of Hunan Institute of Education. In 2005 she received a master's degree in software engineering from the University under the National University of Defense Technology.
She has been appointed as teacher, assistant director of Changsha Normal College, department director, assistant of chancellor, Party Committee member, vice chancellor, assistant of dean and vice director of Management Committee, and director of the office of Management Committee.
She is currently a member of the Party Committee and vice chancellor of Hunan University of Technology in January 2016. She is in charge of the Student Affairs Department (Armed Forces Department), League Committee, Enrollment And Employment Guidance office and College of Music.
Research direction: digital media, animation and information technology application research.

She is a member of the steering Committee of Vocational Education and Teaching under the Ministry of Education, the standing Committee of the Cartoon Arts Committee of the China Television Artists Association, and the deputy director of the Digital Media Arts Committee of Hunan Design artists Association.

She is a key young teacher of Hunan Province, and responsible for provincial quality courses. She presided over the construction of the provincial majors of characteristics. She won the first prize of Hunan Provincial higher Education Teaching achievements Award for two times.
She presided over 3 provincial and ministerial projects, 2 departmental projects. She edited 2 state-level vocational Education planning textbooks and 14 general teaching materials in Colleges and universities.
